Exoreach provides AI consultancy services including workflow automation, custom AI tools, generative engine optimisation (GEO), and AI strategy and integration. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made in accordance with agreed terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced specifically for them as part of an engagement. Exoreach retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed during the course of our work.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business data, processes, or any information provided during an engagement with third parties without your explicit consent. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any work beginning.
6. Limitation of Liability
Exoreach will always endeavour to deliver high quality work. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes as a result of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
